Hello Fellow Fitblrs!!!
So I started my tumblr account last summer for creative writing purposes, but I actually found myself not writing any poetry or prose! Since this is my first blog ever I don’t know how to navigate it all that well. Anyway, I’d like to share that along my writing career I also found another passion, health and fitness! Since my blog consists mainly of recipes and motivational quotes, I guess I’ve created more of a fitblr! I honestly love it! So for those of you who are following me here’s a little about me. I have struggled with my weight all my life, up until this year I decided to get my act together. I did a complete change in my lifestyle, I quit drinking, partying, eating junk. I became extremely devoted to getting fit, I work out a lot, and will get getting into lifting weights soon. I will probably start posting more of my progress, recipes, motivational pictures and quotes. My weightloss goal this year is 60-70 lbs and get in the best shape of my life (down 20). My purpose for this blog is to learn from everyone in the health community as well as share my story. I also wish to inspire someone some day, with that being said thanks for reading! (or not!) lol.

Here was my main dish Protein! Spring Crab Salad
ingredients:
1 packet crab meat
1 or 1/2 cucumber finely diced
1 whole tomato finely diced
3 scallions finely chopped
1 or 2 jalapeño chilli
Finely chopped cilantro
2 finely chopped celery
1 tsp red wine vinegar
lemon juice (as much as you like)
Directions:
In a bowl break apart the crab meat so it’s easier to work with.
Then mix in chopped ingredients
Pour vinegar, and lemon juice
Season with sea salt and pepper taste as you go
Top with avocado serve chilled
Enjoy!

Easy Spinach Soup
Ingredients:
(If you can, use all organic)
1 or (2 for a big pot) Spinach bundles or pre washed kind.. You can also remove stems and finely chop them or throw them all in whole.
1 whole tomato thinly diced
some onion thinly diced
1 clove garlic finely diced
2 celery sticks cut bite sized
You can also add zucchini
low sodium bullion or sea salt and pepper.
Directions:
In a stock pot saute onion, tomato, garlic, celery in olive oil, season with a little sea salt, and pepper.
Then put the spinach in the pot (it’s going to fill the whole pot, it will settle.)
Pour chicken broth, enough to fill the pot. Bring to a boil, put in the bouillon or sea salt, pepper taste as you go.
let it simmer until spinach has softened.
Serve hot Enjoy!

Pardon my endless ranting, but today was the second time another woman laughed at me for trying to get in shape WTF. it was a beautiful big girl walking with her bf and they laughed at my sister and I when we were doing lunges. The other day another girl passed by her car and yelled at us “fat asses”.. These comments are hurtful, I also see this on IG ALOT. People saying “she’s too curvy, too skinny, too muscular.” I fucking LOVE muscle so what if a girl wants to be a body builder? I get so much crap for this on a daily basis. In other words please stop weight bullying all bodies are different and beautiful, stop hating on others because words hurt!
Seriously just had to!! Reason #1 why I HATE Facebook.. Toxic environment.. You know you’re a health freak when even your family tells you they’re sick of all your health talk! That just means I’m doing awesome! My goals have changed and my passion is to one day help those who have struggled with their weight like I have. (That’s my bro) on the other hand, I’ve helped the sister shed 13 lbs in a month I’m so proud of her. So keep bugging the hell out of people haha..
